Effective Date: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Baldwin & Co., operated by Kate Baldwin ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an inquiry, signing a proposal, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Baldwin & Co. provides brand strategy, brand identity design, website design, messaging development, and related creative services. The exact scope and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a written proposal agreed upon before work begins. No scope expands or changes without written agreement from both parties.
All projects are structured as 50% due at signing and 50% due upon completion and approval. Work does not begin until the initial deposit is received. The final balance is due before files are transferred or a website is launched. Payment plans beyond this structure are not offered unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Revisions must be submitted in organized, consolidated rounds — not piecemeal. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work.
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full ownership of all final deliverables created for your project — including brand files, website files, and written content developed on your behalf. Baldwin & Co. retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Timely project completion depends on your participation. You are responsible for providing content, feedback, and approvals within agreed timelines. Delays caused by late content or feedback may affect the project schedule. We are not responsible for project delays caused by the client side.
We treat all information shared during an engagement as confidential. We do not share your business information, strategies, or materials with third parties outside those necessary to complete your project.
Baldwin & Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Monroe County, Florida.
